Thanks! When starting out, it’s suuper important to understand the basics and get yourself a good foundation before even attempting poses. Start by drawing characters standing straight up faced forward with the proper proportions It’s harder than it sounds.
Here is a crazy helpful tutorial to starting out with anatomy, it helped me like crazy: http://foervraengd.deviantart.com/art/UNDERSTANDING-ANATOMY-part-I-220251993
It’s in parts too so you’ll learn in order.
Here is a simpler one too if the first is a little to much all at once to start with: http://majnouna.deviantart.com/art/Big-Guide-to-Drawing-the-Body-15014442
Don’t forget the head and face! http://www.apollo13art.com/National/lifedrawing1/lectures/images/head-perspective.jpg
I know it’s a lot to go through but trust me, you neeeed to understand the basics or else you’ll have a harder time down the line. Trying to skip ahead will just be frustrating in the long run. I know, cos that’s what I tried to do.
Once you think you have a pretty good grasp on the basics, and you can draw a decent full body character, you can move on to posing and gesture drawing. Try not to do anything overly complex if you aren’t ready, it’ll happen in time so don’t force yourself and don’t get down on yourself if you can’t.
Here is a good tutorial on anatomy in posing: http://warrenlouw.deviantart.com/art/IFX-Strike-A-Pose-163076761
And gesture drawing is the best way to grasp the shape of a body in movement and expression. It can be really fun too because gesture drawing is less about the correct anatomy and more about shape and movement so it’s a great way to practice and let loose.

It takes lots and time and lots of practice and it’s hard when you first start but it’ll always get easier the more you work on it.
And there are a lot of tutorial blogs that are crazy helpful and always useful no matter what level you’re at, use them and use references!!
Good luck :3
I’m still pretty far behind on this series actually but of the charas I’ve seen so far, I like Kuroko!
